The Daily Pennsylvanian's exit poll showed that the clear majority voted for Graduate Employees Together - University of Pennsylvania/AFT, better known as GET-UP. Yet nearly a year later, those votes remain uncounted. This cynical subversion of democratic practice can be laid squarely at the feet of the administration. College Hall has remained steadfast in its commitment to the illogical fallacy that graduate students who perform work as teaching and research assistants cannot simultaneously be students and employees and thus should be denied the basic right to form a union...
