Temple Professors’ Union Reaches Tentative Agreement "Temple University and its professors’ union have reached a tentative agreement on a four-year contract. Under the agreement, Temple’s faculty pay package would increase by 15-point-22 percent over four years. In addition, benefits would be available for domestic partners, the sabbatical program would expand, and pension benefits would be added for non-tenure track faculty such as lecturers."
